Starting a service and making it work properly is not as easy as it sounds. On one hand, you want to deliver the best possible service to your potential customers. On the other you can’t make everyone happy. We are in the business of providing the best possible service of preventive maintenance and support for technology for small businesses.
Starting such a service in the crowded space of big support companies like Geek Squad or Geeks on Call, all of the independent consultants and the mom and popshops might be crazy. In the midst of that, we think that our value is very straight forward. We maintain your technology so you don’t have to. We are not saying that all of the technology support places do not do maintenance but their focus is support. We are concentrating on preventive maintenance. Because we know that it is very important to have your technology running at it best.
So if the technology is running at its best and there is no support issue, what is the point of having a consulting biussiness that can not make money on the support? Well we think that it is a great business and the focus really should be prevention and maintenance . We really think that if we maintain the customers technology then they don’t have to worry about what technology trouble lurks when they come in the morning.
